Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an integral part of our logistics team, responsible for efficiently handling materials and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving operations. Your core skills in warehouse experience and materials handling will be essential in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting daily operations. With premium skills in forklift operation and warehouse management systems, you will contribute to a safe and organized work environment. Your relevant skills in packaging and heavy lifting will further enhance our distribution capabilities, making you a vital asset in our fast-paced warehouse setting.
Receiving, picking orders, put away, labeling, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 lbs. Operation of sit down Forklift. Do note that the offer that is extended could have a pay rate change based off interview and the experience the candidate has.
Must have:
6 months recent warehouse/sit down forklift experience.
Computer experience, basic such as email, viewing websites. (able to get around)
Able to leave their phone in their pocket while out on the facility floor.
Qualifications:
6 months recent background in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred.
Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it.
6 months recent Sit down Forklift Operator experience
Ability to stand, bend, twist, pull, climb and walk for full 8 hours shift
Responsibilities:
Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm 1/2 hour unpaid lunch
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
