We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Inside Sales/Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent for various positions within our organization. You will be responsible for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers while utilizing various recruitment strategies. During training, you will be working in an office environment. After the probationary period, there is possibility of working remote.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling to identify potential candidates and generate interest in available positions.
- Utilize HR sourcing techniques to find qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Assist in campus recruitment efforts by attending job fairs and engaging with students to promote career opportunities.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Negotiate offers with selected candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the HRIS system for tracking purposes.
- Participate in succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential candidates for future leadership roles.
- Support executive recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates for senior-level positions as needed.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and tools; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations professionally.
- Previous experience in interviewing or recruitment is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- A proactive approach to cold calling and networking to build a strong talent pipeline.
