Assembly Worker (1st Shift)
Location : Waukesha, WI
Shift : Monday – Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM (Occasional Overtime and Saturdays)
Pay : $15.00 - $16.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking Assembly Workers for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Waukesha. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong attention to detail who are eager to learn. No prior experience is required! Work in a clean, temperature-controlled environment performing light assembly tasks while seated.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform light assembly of electronic and mechanical components.
- Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers.
- Follow detailed work instructions written in English.
- Measure and cut wires and cables to length using a ruler or tape measure.
- Identify and work with different colors of cables.
