Position summary:
- Assist with managing, scheduling, coaching, training a small team of bank branch employees including tellers and bankers to ensure performance, exceed customer expectations, and achieve branch sales goals.
- Generate new business which includes weekly outbound call campaigns from prospect lists to increase sales and lending opportunities. Participate in community events.
- Perform duties of a Personal Banker including taking loan applications and identifying referral opportunities for business banking, investment and mortgage.
- Open and close the branch.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience exceeding sales goals in retails sales, banking or financial services.
- Leadership experience as a team lead or supervisor overseeing a small team
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. Bachelor's Degree in Business or related preferred
Must be available to work 9am-5pm and rotating Saturdays 9am-1pm
Salary : $54,000 - $60,000
