Production Manager – Direct Hire | $90K-$110K Bonus | Flexible Schedule
Are you an experienced leader in a batch manufacturing environment looking for the next step in your career? We are hiring a Production Manager to oversee operations and drive efficiency in a hands-on, manual process facility with potential for automation implementation.
Salary : $90K-$110K 6% bonus potential
Industry Experience Preferred : Paint, chemical, or liquid food manufacturing with batch processing
What You’ll Do :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a production team to meet operational goals
- Oversee manual batch processing, with a focus on improving efficiency and exploring automation
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and free trade agreements
- Work closely with compounders—liquid experience preferred
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
Who We’re Looking For :
Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
Experience in batch manufacturing (paint, chemicals, liquid food, etc.)
Strong leadership skills—open to experienced supervisors stepping into a manager role
Understanding of safety & environmental regulations (experience in these areas is a plus!)
