About the Role:
- In this role, you will perform daily product evaluations and cook study validations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- You will analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Product Evaluations: Perform thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Cook Study Validations: Conduct thorough analysis of cook studies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Quality Assurance Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quality Assurance, Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, Operations Management or a related field.
- USDA and FDA food manufacturing experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is highly desired.
- PCQI and HACCP certifications are preferred.
