Mid-Level Litigation Paralegal
Salary : Up to $105K Location : New York, NY Schedule : Hybrid (3 days in-office)
What You'll Do :
- Conduct cite-checking and ensure proper legal citation compliance using The Bluebook .
- Provide support throughout the litigation process , including discovery, court filings, and trial prep.
- Utilize Relativity to search, code, and export documents for discovery and litigation.
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, Bloomberg, and other databases.
- Assist in docketing procedures and managing critical case deadlines.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence, ensuring they meet the firm's standards.
- Organize, maintain, and update case files and records in iManage .
- Compile and analyze litigation-related data for concise reports, correspondence, and communications.
- Collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and clients in a team-oriented environment.
- Assist in trial preparation and attend hearings and depositions when necessary.
