We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our team at SourcePro Search, LLC. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct customer service support contact for all smaller customers, entering orders, pick list, and invoicing per the schedule and step-by-step instructions provided by CSR manager. You will also be responsible for creating a Bill of Lading, and carefully handling special procedures for Bioterrorism.
You will collaborate with shipping and logistics departments to ensure completion of orders and confirm Bill of Lading and ensure timely delivery, schedule pickups and drop-offs. Additionally, you will review FedEx Statements and send to A/P Manager, printing Fedex labels as needed.
Key qualifications include:
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish a Plus
