We are currently seeking two (2) TMS Operations Coordinators for our top ranked law firm to be based out of the New York and Los Angeles office.
The TMS Operations Coordinator works independently, exercising a high degree of latitude and independence in performing a wide range of responsibilities in support of services, programs and projects for the Talent Management Solutions team. Responsibilities are varied and include, but are not limited to, providing shared services support for the Talent Management (TM) department, including Diversity and Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility, processing TM transactions globally, collecting and analyzing data, responding to surveys, preparing and running reports.
The TMS Operations Coordinator assumes a significant role in the administration of all Workday modules used by the Firm and other Talent Management related applications. The TMS Operations Coordinator must possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and have the ability to adapt the message to the level of the audience. The TMS Operations Coordinator must be able to adapt to working in a fast-paced, shared services environment and possess the skill, aptitude, and demeanor to work in a highly collaborative environment with other members of Talent Management as well as other internal Firm-wide and external resources.
What You'll Do :
- Provide global, shared services Talent Management lifecycle support spanning payroll, performance, benefits and other functions. Process transactions related to recruiting, background checks, onboarding, attorney registrations, electronic personnel file management, Bar affidavits, attorney bios, job change requests, compensation change requests, verification of employment, requests related to off boarding of Firm resources and other global Talent Management work;
- Perform daily administrative functions and projects for Talent Management. Manage service requests to ensure operational needs are prioritized and completed timely, adhering to standard operating procedures and checklists;
- Respond to employee questions, transactions and administration of Talent Management programs. Performs internal Talent Management audits for compliance and accuracy of data. Develop audit schedule, summarizes findings, make recommendations for improvement and efficiencies in procedures, make data corrections as necessary;
- Fulfill talent related data requests including, but not limited to, surveys, RFP, regulatory and compliance reports, performance, workforce analytics, metrics reports, office profiles, and regularly scheduled and ad-hoc reports;
- Post content to intranet portal for Talent Management policies, programs, services and other information;
- Support all modules of the Workday application in use by the Firm to support stakeholder requirements;
- Support system maintenance, testing and implementation of integrated solutions and integrating new processes in standard operating procedures;
- Solve complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions. Work independently, with training and guidance for day to day operations; and
- Perform other essential duties, tasks, and projects as assigned.
