Are you passionate about food and ready to lead a dynamic team? Sourdough and Co., a new sandwich shop in Huntington Beach, is looking for an experienced and motivated manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and help us grow.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Train and mentor staff, promoting teamwork and efficiency
- Oversee employee work hours, ensuring proper shift coverage and labor cost management
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and ensure satisfaction
- Manage budgets, track sales, and optimize profitability
