As an essential member of our growing team, you will be responsible for designing and improving user interfaces, significantly contributing to developing and enhancing our various platforms and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with various stakeholders such as product managers, users, and product owners to create compelling interactive user experiences
- Perform user research and develop information architecture, user goals, journey maps, and design wireframes and visual interfaces
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution across all project deliverables
- Utilize the end-to-end process of project delivery and the associated design tools involved

Ability required for this position.
- Experience with popular wireframe/mocking software
- Experience with Illustrator/Photoshop, specifically relating to mockups, wireframing, and web design
- 3 years in graphic design, ideally with a focus on web applications
- Adaptive design eye and skill
- Examples of creative problem-solving applied to complex problems
- Highly organized thinking
- Solid written and oral communication skills demonstrated through presenting work and actively gathering feedback
- Firm grasp of design fundamentals demonstrated by a strong portfolio of digital projects
- Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for typography and visual hierarchy
- Clear and effective communication skills in articulating design concepts and rationales
- Prototyping via software tools (Axure, Balsamiq, Framer, Figma)
- Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript
- Experience designing motion in After Effects
- Experience designing creative data visualization
- Experience working in a scrum agile environment
- Experience with Jira
- A passion for building software and streamlining process issues
- Demonstrate tenacity when solving challenging problems in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Able to be self-motivated and work independently as needed to solve complex problems

- Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000
