What You’ll Do:

As a Bartender/Cook at South 66 Lanes, you will wear many hats to ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Bartending: (Must be 21)
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Check IDs to verify the legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as needed.
• Engage with customers, providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
• Cooking:
• Prepare a variety of menu items, from appetizers to main dishes, according to our recipes and standards.
• Ensure food is cooked to the right temperature, presented attractively, and served promptly.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and organized, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience as a bartender and/or cook is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
• Attitude: Positive, reliable, and ready to take on challenges with a smile.
• Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $12.00 - $12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
