Job Summary:
This position is charged with assisting the ESL instructor in Bradley County.
Salary: $12 per hour. This is a part-time position and will work up to 8 hours per week.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare classroom for students, including turning on computers, setting up the OWL for video conferencing, and distributing books or materials to students.
- Perform clerical duties such as duplicating and maintaining records and files.
Skills and Abilities:
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Operate a computer and standard office equipment.
- Reading, writing, listening and speaking communication skills.
Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Any combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to frequently stand for long periods.
- Ability to see for the purposes of reading instructional materials, documents and other printed matter.
- Ability to hear and understand speech at normal levels.
- Ability to communicate so others will be able to clearly understand a normal conversation.
- Ability to operate technology, computer, copy machine, and other office equipment with dexterity and in a safe and efficient manner.
