Responsibilities:

Good candidates for this position will have a background in sales and/or customer service and are great at dealing with people.

• The primary function of a Car Wash Attendant is to provide an excellent experience for our guests and to guide them through the Jiffy Lube Signature Car Wash Service.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
• They oversee working directly with customers to communicate car wash packages and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
• Inspect vehicles before and after to ensure quality control.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure the facility is clean, organized and safe for staff and customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management.

What do we require of you?

The must haves:

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Age 18 or older.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Ability to speak effectively with customers and employees.
• Can complete the required computer-based training (CBT) modules.
• Attendance is an essential function of employment, and you must be timely and ready to work your scheduled shifts.

The physical requirements:

• Stand and walk.
• Use hands, and fingers to feel, reach with hands and arms.
• Able to lift objects up to 25 pounds and transfer from one height to another.
• Able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.
• Able to communicate clearly.
