What are the responsibilities and job description for the Interior/Exterior Painter- Apartment Complex position at South Bay Property Management, LLC?
Looking for an experienced individual, who is motivated and equipped with a professional skill set and has a background in interior and exterior painting. Main responsibility would be to complete all painting needs designated to getting residential apartment units ready for new move‐ins.
-Hours are flexible
-Coordinate special projects as directed
-Must have reliable transportation, travel between properties required
