What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ancillary Liaison/Analyst position at South Bay Search?
Seeking a Ancillary Liaison in Scottsdale, AZ. This person will be responsible for proactively managing Ancillary sold form completion and accuracy, our Business In Force (BIF) tool and related processes. This will include managing Ancillary Account Management Quality Review processes, analyzing, and reporting trends, individual and department performance metrics, and leading the development and on-going maintenance of related policies, procedures, and training with the goal of improving efficiency and quality.
This is an opportunity for someone who thrives behind the scenes, detail oriented, data driven, but also has mentorship skills to help the department. If you are an underwriter or account manager in employee benefits with ancillary expertise and love the technical aspect, this could be a match!
Job responsibilities :
- Act as the Department’s primary Ancillary subject matter expert on sold forms :
Ensure sold forms are completed accurately to facilitate prompt and hassle-free
premium implementation and processing
Leadership, as needed

Must be local to Scottsdale, AZ and hybrid working environment, 3 days in office
