Summary
As the Part-Time Graphic Designer, you will support the Marketing team by creating a variety of digital and print advertisements. Your creativity and organizational skills will be essential in producing high-quality materials that reflect the Symphony's mission and vision, helping us engage and inspire our community through music.
Responsibilities
- Utilize provided templates to design advertisements in various sizes for both digital and print media, ensuring alignment with our mission and brand standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver compelling design solutions that promote our concerts, events, and educational programs.
- Organize and maintain design files for easy access and efficient workflow.
- Implement revisions based on feedback promptly and accurately.
- Ensure all projects are completed within established timelines, contributing to our goal of community enrichment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within a nonprofit or arts organization.
- A degree or certificate in graphic design preferred.
Skills
- Versed in design theory, techniques, and current trends.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, specifically InDesign and Photoshop.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on file management.
