Job Description :

As an Area Coach at South Block, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple store locations, ensuring they operate smoothly and effectively. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer service, product quality, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and staff across multiple locations.
• Ensure all stores meet South Block's standards for customer service, cleanliness, and product quality.
• Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplies to ensure all locations are well-stocked and operational.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
