Help children engage with hands-on activities that stimulate curiosity and learning. Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom. Support children in developing social skills such as sharing, taking turns, and conflict resolution. Provide guidance on behavior expectations. Assist with Assessments: Help the lead teacher observe and assess the children’s progress. This may include tracking milestones, observing developmental progress, and providing feedback to parents or guardians. Individualized Support: Work with small groups or individual students who may need extra help in certain areas, such as literacy, math, or motor skills.
