Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. Duties
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
- Coordinate training development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Assist in the administration of HR software systems such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Salesforce, Oracle, and Paychex.
- Help manage employee benefits programs and respond to inquiries regarding benefits administration.
- Participate in affirmative action planning and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and maintaining HR documentation.
Skills
- Proficiency in HR software systems such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Salesforce, Oracle, and Paychex is highly desirable.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and affirmative action planning is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.70 - $19.16 per hour
