State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and relevant program experience.
SCDC Minimum Requirements
(Or an acceptable equivalency as approved by the Division of State Human Resources).
Data/sample collection and/or experience with reporting, scheduling, and supply ordering preferred.

- Under general supervision of the HR coordinator, I for drug testing, serves as the agency drug testing coordinator for the employee drug test program, administered in compliance with agency policy, GA-03.02, "drug free workplace program".
- Travels to divisions and institutions across the state during multiple shifts to administer drug tests to agency employees.
- Collects specimens, analyzes results, ships all collected specimens to laboratory.
- Ensures confidentiality of monthly testing list and schedule.
- Run monthly random drug test list, prepares division/ institution schedule, selects employees for random drug testing.
- Conducts inventory and works with HR coordinator to place orders and log usage to ensure adequate supplies, forms, and equipment are fully stocked.
- Ensures institution testing sites maintain current procedures and supplies.
- Maintain logs and records.
- Provides training and updates to nursing staff on drug test collection procedures.

- A high school diploma and 3 years relevant experience in customer service and/or human resources.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to be certified to collect samples (hair, ring, and oral fluid).
- Must have experience in the use of personal computers with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Data/sample collection and/or experience with reporting, scheduling, and supply ordering preferred.
