Are you a talented Learning and Development professional with experience in both face-to-face instruction and e-learning? Are you adaptable with a passion for employee development and love working in a fast paced environment? Join our Human Resources team as a Training Instructor!

Responsibilities of this role include:
Minimum And Additional Requirements
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience or equivalent.
Proven knowledge of best practice training principles. Excellent presentation skills. Must be proficient in the use of MSOffice products with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint. Experience with learning design programs.
Ability to:
Some intermittent travel may be required to other DEW locations in the state.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with the State’s Learning Management System (LMS), programs such as Captivate, and the formatting of SCORM files highly desired.

- Designing and delivering face-to-face and e-learning training sessions.
- Creating video content for our learning management system.
- Coordinating new hire orientation, 30/90 day check-ins, and exit interviews.
- Assisting with the department’s employee engagement initiatives
- Monitoring compliance of annual trainings.
- Supporting the Wellness Committee.

- Communicate effectively with staff members at all levels.
- Develop curriculum, job aides, and course materials.
