This position is located at the Department of Mental Health (DMH), Kiva Lodge CRCF - 200 Claude Bundrick Road, Blythewood, SC 29016.
Under direct supervision of the Program Manager acts as Administrator for a Community Residential Care Facility (CRCF). Is responsible for continuing development of CRCF, to include supervision and implementation of daily program and services. Coordinates hiring and supervision of 24-hour, seven days per week on site aid level staff. All services and documentation will be provided in compliance with DMH, PCMHS, Corporate Compliance, CARF, QA, and Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) Standards. Will develop, implement, coordinate, and supervise CRCF. Will ensure that program adheres to all DMH, DHEC, and Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS) standards. Serve as licensed CRCF administrator.
Delegates workload assignments. Develop staff schedule. Train staff as necessary. Coaches staff in meeting program goals and objectives. Recruit new staff. Will ensure staff participate in regularly scheduled meetings to review program issues and client progress. Will provide feedback to individual staff regarding productivity and quality of client services in accordance with QA standards. Will adhere to Corporate Compliance issues of the center and follow policies and procedures in regards to Corporate Compliance.
Requirements: A bachelor's degree in social sciences and four (4) years of experience in rehabilitation services, at least six (6) months of which must be in a CRCF setting. Must have an active Community Residential Care Facilities-Administrator's (CRCFA) license from the SC Board of Long Term Health Care.
