Provides technical support for Crime Victim Services (CVS) systems, emphasizing the Department of Crime Victim Compensation (DCVC).
High school diploma and five years of experience in computer system development and modification. Education may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis.

About the Information Technology Section
Provides technical support for Crime Victim Services (CVS) systems, emphasizing the Department of Crime Victim Compensation (DCVC).
- Primary support for the DCVC system. Manage and maintain the existing claim management system. Assist with updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Primary contact for implementation of new DCVC system. Works with DCVC staff to establish requirements, works with vendor to apply changes, assist with acceptance testing of changes. Assist with troubleshooting and problem resolutions.
- Conduct initial and refresher training on the DCVC system. Conduct refresher training as needed. Create and maintain library of training materials for case and document management.
- Backup support for the Crime Victim Services systems. Works with lead business analyst to support
- Assist in all areas of Information Technology as requested by the IT Director or Deputy Chief of Staff.
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility.

- Basic ability to analyze and reduce complex technical data in logical order.
- Ability to assist with identifying and resolving problems.
