Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting with inquiries and offering support in person.
- Assist donors with donation processing, including providing receipts
- Address donor concerns or issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring an excellent experience.
- Maintain accurate donor records and ensure timely acknowledgment of donations.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to keep donors engaged and informed about our programs and initiatives. Support the creation of personalized thank-you messages and other donor communications.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the nonprofit or charity sector, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse audiences.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic, with a genuine passion for our cause.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism while handling sensitive information.. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
