Healthcare Compliance Analyst for Novant Health

The Coding Compliance Liaison is responsible for:• Developing and delivering documentation, coding, and billing education to Novant Health Physician Network clinics and clinicians;• Assisting with facilitation of the Coding Compliance Resource Group (CCRG) and variouscompliance committees;• Conducting special request documentation reviews (ex., new affiliation due diligence, revenueintegrity, off-cycle audits);• Completing data mining to identify, track, and trend outliers and changes in billing patterns; and• Assisting with documentation reviews for government audit requests. QUALIFICATIONS Education Education Level Required/Preferred Description 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Required Graduate Degree Preferred Master’s Degree (MBA, MHA, JD, other Master’s Degree in relevant field) Experience Years of Experience Required/Preferred Description 5 Required Minimum five years coding experience in a healthcare environment3 Required Minimum three years providing direct feedback to clinicians Licensure/CertificationCPC, CCS, CRC, RHIA, or RHIT.
