Market Revenue Manager Full Time Days Job Summary
Plans, organizes, directs and controls all Business Services activities within the department and throughout the hospital. Responsible for hiring, training, directing and monitoring Business Services personnel. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Business Office, Admitting, ER/OP registration and PBX areas. Works with the Business Office Manager and Admitting Supervisor to set, monitor and ensure compliance with departmental goals, work within departmental budgets, develop policies and procedures, evaluate departmental performance, educate/guide employees and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal agencies/payors/employers. Also ensures compliance with hospital and corporate guidelines.

Education/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business management or accounting preferred but not required.
Must have at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital business office setting.
Must be knowledgeable in all areas of Business Office, Admitting, ER/OP registration, billing, cash/credit collections.
Needs to possess knowledge of computer operations, accounting, medical records and utilization.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
