Medical lab Scientist I PRN Rotating Position Summary
Medical Technologist has the ability and knowledge required to provide accurate, reliable laboratory testing. The Technologist must be able to perform routine and complex laboratory analysis with little or no direct supervision. Perform maintenance and quality control as required according to department specific policies.
THE MEDICAL LAB SCIENTIST I ROTATING CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.
Education: BS or Associates in Medical Technology or related science degree (degree must be in a field that is considered eligible for certification) is required; National Certification as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician ASCP is preferred. Experience: One (1) year clinical experience
