Financial Management: Collect co-pays and post charges accurately, maintaining up-to-date patient balance processing.
Information Distribution: Provide patients with essential information regarding office policies, procedures, and practice details.
Patient Portal Support: Explain the benefits of the patient portal and assist patients in enrolling and navigating the system.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain organized records and assist with other front office functions to support the smooth operation of the practice.
Education Requirements:
