Physical Therapist Full Time Days Position Summary
The physical therapist conducts a comprehensive evaluation including interpretation of documentation, evaluation of physical therapy tests and using measurements of bodily functions and structures to be able to establish a plan of care. The physical therapist implements the course of treatment using physical, chemical, or mechanical agents, activities, instruction and devices for prevention and therapeutic purposes. The therapist provides consultation, educational and other advisory services for the prevention or reducing the incidence of physical disability, bodily malfunction and pain. The therapist constantly reevaluates the patient to determine efficacy of care and adjusts the plan of care accordingly by modifying the treatment and adjusting the goals. All care is appropriately documented in the physical therapy record
THE PHYSICAL THERAPIST FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.
Education: Current State of South Carolina physical therapy license.
Experience: One affiliation in acute care.
Other Qualifications: Current BLS certification.
