Remote Live Chat Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to live chat inquiries from customers.
• Assist customers with product-related questions and concerns through chat.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to customers.
• Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all customer interactions.
• Document and track customer interactions and feedback accurately.
• Coordinate with other team members to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve products and customer service processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat support role.
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting and product support.
• Ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Familiarity with customer support software and live chat tools is a plus.

PAY RATE: $20.31 - $31.92 Hourly
Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat support role.
