Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information via telechat services.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for follow-up and reporting.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Gather customer feedback to improve services and provide insights to management.
- Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide the most accurate assistance.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience in customer service or related fields preferred but not required.
- Proficient in the use of computers and telecommunication technology.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
PAY RATE: $20.21 - $33.81 Hourly
