Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Therapeutic Mentor to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct mental health services to our child/adolescent consumers.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years’ experience with the target population OR BS or AS Degree (in human services) plus one (1) year experience with target population.
- Must have reliable transportation and be available to work flexible hours including evening/weekend availability based on the needs of the youth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support, intervention and training to consumers.
- Demonstrate problem solving and conflict resolution skills to youth in age-appropriate behaviors to achieve established treatment goals.
