Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Substance Use Masters Level Coordinator/Therapist to join our team at our First Step Residential Facility in Covington County. In this role, the primary responsibility of the employee are to render therapy, supervise residential facility staff, also expected to meet and maintain goals for productivity.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Master's degree in a mental health field.
- Must complete SU Certification within 30 months of hire.
Responsibilities:

Provide a variety of treatment services including individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, collateral counseling, case consultation

Conducts Placement Assessments

Conducts Diagnostic Interview Examinations, Clinical Evaluations, and Service Planning

Complete necessary paperwork relative to documentation of service
Provide other services as required and remain flexible
