Position Overview:
The Employee Service Representative position involves greeting and assisting employees, candidates, and visitors, managing administrative tasks, and supporting HR-related activities and answering phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors, job candidates, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct calls to the appropriate HR staff members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist HR personnel with daily administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Makes badges
- Employee and Candidate Support:
- Provide general HR information to employees and candidates regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist with new employee onboarding, including preparing materials and guiding new hires through HR processes.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of Customer Service/Office experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
