Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and implement IT systems with a focus on healthcare applications, including Cerner, Epic, and other medical software and medical devices.
- Create, manage, and support Cisco VOIP systems from handset to demark point.
- Administer and maintain Active Directory (AD), DNS, and DHCP services.
- Ensure the stability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and IT staff.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and upgrades.
- Database systems management and administration.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripting.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems analysis or managing Cisco VOIP systems.
- Strong knowledge of VMWare, Microsoft systems and products including Exchange, server clustering and HA configurations, Office 365 environments and Azure.
- Expertise in Active Directory (AD), DNS, and DHCP.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products, including Windows Server, Office 365, and Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA Voice, CCNP Collaboration, and CCIE Collaboration, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are highly desirable.
