Help Desk Manager and/or Assistant Manager
South Central Planning & Development Commission is accepting resumes for a Help Desk Manager and/or Assistant Manager to oversee and manage the operations of our software support help desk for MyGovernmentOnline Software. These positions involve supervising a team of support staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and implementing efficient processes to resolve client software issues. They will work closely with staff to monitor and resolve support request, maintain service level agreements (SLAs), and develop strategies to improve help desk performance. Job duties include, but are not limited to, leadership & mentoring, analytical decision-making, problem-solving, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Minimum qualifications should include a High School Diploma with at least 5 years’ experience of software support and at least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role. The candidate must possess a strong understanding of software troubleshooting and support best practices. Prior experience managing a software help desk or customer support team and proficiency with help desk management tools and ticketing system preferred. These positions are full- time salaried position with fringe benefits. Benefits include retirement, health/dental/vision/life insurance, paid holidays, vacation & sick leave. Starting Pay will be approximately $70,600 - $108,000 annually depending on qualification level and experience.
