Software Report Specialist
South Central Planning & Development Commission is accepting resumes for Report Specialists to assist customers in planning and designing custom reports, as well as testing these reports for accuracy and functionality. This position requires strong communication skills in order to meet customers, gather and analyze their reporting needs, and ensure the final product meets their expectations. The Report Specialist will work with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to improve report design and ensure reports are user-friendly and effective. While basic SQL knowledge is beneficial, the primary focus of this role is customer interaction, planning and testing. A hybrid or remote work situation may be considered. The individual should possess a high school diploma as a minimum and have 4 years’ minimum similar work experience, or possess an Associate’s Degree from an accredited University. This position is an hourly employee with permanent status and fringe benefits. Benefits include retirement, health/dental/vision/life insurance, paid holidays, vacation & sick leave. Starting pay will be approximately $18.50 - $26.50 an hour depending on experience. SCPDC is an EOE/AAE
