Customer Service Oriented Service Technician
Are you a versatile and skilled Service Technician with experience in residential and light commercial projects? Do you enjoy customer service just as much as the work itself?
We are looking for a skilled handyman who can take on small (think toilet repair and paint touchups) to more difficult projects (think small/medium deck build, repairing a water leaks, and light remodels).
This position is a highly independent position and requires excellent customer service skills and a wide knowledge base.
Some of the tasks include
· Paint and drywall/plaster repairs
· Inspection reports
· Light electrical and plumbing
· Carpentry, cabinet, trim, and door repairs
· Wood, vinyl, and aluminum window repairs
· Door refinishing
· Hardware and fixture install
· Tile repairs and install
· Kitchen and bathroom remodels
· Commercial/retail/restaurant maintenance
· Apartment make readies
Job Requirements
Must be clean cut and presentable at all times and ready to go above and beyond for clients. Must be able to use technology including phone apps, email, time tracking, work orders, etc.

Minimum Requirements/Certifications:
- Driver's license with clean accident and driving offense record
- Personal means of transportation (to reliably get to and from work)
- Clean drug test
- Clean background check
- Achieve and maintain appropriate OSHA Certification (OSHA 10)
- Minimum 10 years full time residential or commercial construction/handyman experience
- Must be clean cut and presentable at all times
- Ability to use cellphones and apps for time tracking, invoicing, job reporting, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
