Clinical Assistant (12 Months)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist students therapeutically in both therapeutic classrooms and during community and vocational experiences. Ability to work as a productive member of an instructional team to maximize student outcomes Provide individual and small group counseling to students under the supervision of a licensed or certified provider Write professional reports, develop Individual Education Plans (IEP) goals, maintain data collection under the supervision of a licensed or certified provider, employing research-based best practice strategies to demonstrate student progress and adjust student goals Work with expert consultants to identify and/or develop effective support systems for students and families Provide case management for students and families Provide consultation to staff to develop and implement classroom strategies and to integrate therapy into other disciplines.
