JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
Ø Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in
collaboration with senior management.
Ø Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Ø Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Ø Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes
Ø where necessary.
Ø Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other senior management.
Ø Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Ø Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Ø Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Ø Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Ø Track project milestones and deliverables.
Ø Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation,
and presentations.
Ø Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and
Ø devise contingency plans.
Ø Regular attendance and timeliness
Ø Perform other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES:
Ø Familiar with the Electrical industry standards and codes
Ø Prior experience in the installation and maintenance of Electrical equipment and supporting structures.
Ø Demonstrated experience in personnel management
Ø Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative
environment is essential
Ø Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and
problem-solving capabilities
Ø Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:
Ø High school diploma or equivalent experience required
Ø 10 years experience in the Electrical industry
Ø 5 years in a supervisory role within the industry

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
