Schedule:
Must be willing and able to work day or swing shift | Monday-Thursday, Fridays as needed
Day Shift - 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Swing shift - 4:30 PM - 3 AM
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inspect and sort finished lumber as it moves down the conveyor - identify correct grade and length and stack accordingly (most stacking is completed automatically).

Paper-wrap dry lumber units to protect against the elements and ensure product quality during shipping and storage.
- Perform general cleanup duties around the production area, ensuring the workspace is clean and maintained for safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with your team to meet daily production goals and ensure smooth operations.
- Must be able to work any shift (day or swing) as needed in the department.
- Must be able to work overtime as demand is market-driven.
- Demonstrate strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
