What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Worker position at South Coast Post Acute?
Who we are: A psychiatric hospital in Santa Ana providing adults with medication management, case management, therapeutic services, including psychosocial assessments, individual checkins and/or therapy, groups, behavioral plans, discharge planning, service coordination, etc.
Position available: Social Worker (managing a case load OR primarily facilitating groups)
Qualifications: MSW/ASW, or MFT, or Master’s in Psychology/Counseling, or related discipline; experience working with adults with schizophrenia and/or bipolar disorder is ideal, but not required.
Additional Info: Full time 40-hour schedule, M-F, no overtime, no on-call, clinical supervision available
Pay Range:
Bachelor $32 - $34
Master $34 - $40
