This is a full-time on-site Controller role located in Temecula, CA at South Coast Winery Resort & Spa. As a Controller, you will oversee financial activities, monitor budgets, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. You will play a vital role in financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making within the organization.
- Proven experience as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Great communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is a plus
