We are now seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual for the position of Admissions Officer to join our developing Doctor of Occupational Therapy program on the Atlanta campus. We are searching for a team-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. The OTD program has strong administrative support, excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
General Responsibilities:
- Provide Information to prospective students.
- Maintain application hard and electronic files.
- Manage, track and update all applications.
- Schedule, invite, and track participants for interviews.
- Coordinate interview days, Orientation and other events.
- Participate in student admissions and committees as assigned.
- Work closely with the OTD Director of Operations on additional items as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Prior experience in admissions preferred.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, Campus Vue, and Salesforce.
- Knowledge of office administration practices and procedures
- Fluency in English including spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Work independently as well as in a team environment
