The South College School of Physical Therapy in Knoxville, Tennessee is accepting applications for multiple faculty positions. We are seeking dynamic, engaging, and passionate educational leaders to join our industry leading blended learning Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or full Professor. Assigned courses are based on faculty expertise. Available faculty positions include expertise in clinical neuroscience, neuromuscular practice, pediatrics, therapeutic exercise, complex patient management, and cardiopulmonary practice.
Our blended learning program design offers tremendous flexibility as faculty are not required to live in the Knoxville region for teaching virtual components of a course. However, travel to Knoxville is required to attend scheduled lab immersions for select courses.
We are accepting applications on a rolling basis and encourage all interested candidates to apply without delay. All candidates should include their CV with a cover letter describing professional experiences, content expertise and topics of interest for teaching. In addition, also provide three references and a separate document with a description of your teaching philosophy.

Requirements
- Earned doctorate (DPT, PhD, DSc, EdD) in a discipline appropriate for teaching responsibilities.
- ABPTS specialization or advanced certification in a discipline appropriate for teaching responsibilities is preferred.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Tennessee or the state of residence.
- Record of scholarship
