South College invites applications for the position of ONLINE Adjunct Faculty Member for Mathematics. Under the direction of the Department Chair/Dean of General Education, the Adjunct Mathematics Instructor will provide ONLINE instruction for General Education Math courses including: College Algebra, Statistics, Pre-Cal, and Calculus on a quarter-by-quarter appointment. Instructors are required to evaluate students’ progress, communicate with Faculty Leads for subject matter questions, and return all graded assignments in a reasonable time frame according to South College Expectations.

Requirements
Candidates must evidence the following:
- A minimum of an acceptable master’s degree in Mathematics (doctorate preferred) or an earned master’s or doctoral degree and satisfactory completion of 18 graduate semester hours in Mathematics; and
- Experience teaching mathematics in an online environment
