HRIS Director/Manager Analyst Description

The ideal candidate will think outside of the box. We are looking for someone to manage and optimize our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure our HR operations continue to support organizational strategic goals.
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement HR Technology strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
· Oversee the implementation of new HRIS technologies and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
· Collaborate with HR and IT departments to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
· Collaborate with HR team members to identify system needs and enhancements.
· Analyze HR data and metrics and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations
· Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and issues, providing timely resolutions.
· Conduct training sessions for HR staff and end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HRIS and technology to recommend improvements.
· Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
· Develop business cases for implementations/enhancements.
Requirements
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
· Master’s degree in HRIS preferred
· HRIP preferred
Experience
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS or HR management.
· Experience with HRIS software and tools, Paylocity Experience preferred
· Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role.
