Duties and Responsibilities:
· Supports the Hybrid/Online Director with the creation, execution, and monitoring of implementation of the SCSOP Hybrid/Online Pathway Program
· Support online/hybrid learning students who experience online interruptions with course content or content delivery
· Develop, edit, and propose appropriate online policies
· Ensure sustainability of operations and appropriate funding/budget request for program
· Work with institutional representatives to provide appropriate ongoing training and professional development as needed
· Troubleshoot online delivery of courses in real time
· Work with faculty from other departments, other online/hybrid learning coordinators and with institutional information technology specialists to ensure student success with the online Pharmacy curriculum
· Serve as the Composite Examination Coordinator and handle administrative components of composite examinations to all students
· Assist and support with on-campus immersions for hybrid/online pathway students including labs (skills labs, sterile compounding labs, and non-sterile compounding labs) for all students
· Work with the Director of Assessment to compile and monitor outcomes, as requested
Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Preferred qualifications:
· Pharmacy technician experience (lead technician experience preferred)
· Information technology experience (preferred institutional healthcare experience)
· Experience with technology platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Suite-Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint, OneDrive)
