General Summary:
This Program Manager functions as part of teams to facilitate the recovery of the adults and youth in the Outpatient Therapy Program. The Program Manger provides clinical supervision, leadership and consultation in the daily operations of the programs, coordinates scheduling, assigns new cases, acts as the liaison to the Program Director and represents the programs in the community. This is a full time position that requires the ability to manage in a high stress, rapid paced environment and reports to the Program Director, Assessment and Outpatient Therapy
